Michelle is a 32-year supply chain professional dedicated to client service. Her primary focus is always building great teams to improve supply chain capabilities.

She has worked in both industry and consulting across a variety of industries, including chemicals, automotive OEM, high-tech, food and beverage, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, and aerospace and defense. She has worked in transportation/logistics, distribution operations, order management, network optimization and consulting doing work ranging from strategy development, S&OP, scheduling, procurement, organization design, large ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JDA) and large-scale business transformation program/project management. Her consulting tenure includes Andersen, Hitachi Consulting, PwC and multiple independent engagements over many years.

Michelle was the 2020 Chair of the Board of Directors for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business teaching Supply Chain and Logistics Management where she received the university-wide Excellence in Teaching award and is a 1988 graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Leeds School of Business with a B.S. degree in Transportation and Logistics.

As soon as Michelle became aware of additive manufacturing technologies, she could see the potential disruptions companies will experience in their manufacturing capabilities, their supply chains and their overall business models. She brings large project management experience and a capability to see outcomes far into the future. Her Myers-Briggs personality profile is INTJ — less than 1% of the female population — designated as “The Mastermind.”

Gregg is a supply chain management expert focused on creating innovative supply chain solutions for Fortune 1000 clients and businesses in high tech, consumer product, life science and industrial verticals. Gregg is the Faculty Director for the M.S. Programs in Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics for the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder.

Previously, Gregg was the Director of the Supply Chain Service at Hitachi Consulting Americas and the Director of Strategic Sourcing for Jacobs Engineering, a $6.2B engineering design and industrial construction company. Prior roles include Vice President of industrial supply chain consulting for UPS Supply Chain Solutions designing logistics and network modeling strategies for larger industrial, manufacturing and distribution clients in the U.S., Europe and the Pacific Rim. His consulting experience includes long tenures with Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Accenture.

As President of D&B Partners Consulting, Donald Godfrey provides additive manufacturing integration
consulting services, and serves as a fractional executive supporting multiple companies, leveraging his
multi-decade experience in standing up and integrating additive manufacturing capabilities for large
corporations. Donald is a globally recognized authority on additive manufacturing technology, and
processes, and has been awarded over 70 patents in the United States and Europe related to additive
manufacturing.
Most recently, Donald Godfrey was the Global Director of Business Development for Aviation and
Defense with SLM-Solutions, helping companies determine the best overall solutions for their additive
manufacturing needs. Prior to SLM, Donald spent over 14 years at Honeywell Aerospace, and was
recognized as the main contributor in the incorporation of metal printing.
While at Honeywell, along with selecting and implementing multiple AM technologies, he focused on
developing the global supply chain for additive and in qualifying services providers and powder suppliers
across the world.
Donald is passionate about education, collaborating with college professors to author a college textbook
on the topic of additive manufacturing. He is a co-author of Additive Manufacturing of Metals: The
Technology, Materials, Design and Production; Springer Series in Advanced Manufacturing.
As a coach and mentor, Mr. Godfrey frequently presents lectures to undergraduate and graduate students,
and at times volunteers his time to be a mentor for undergraduate students completing Capstone Projects
in the area of additive manufacturing. In 2018, Mr. Godfrey led a team of students into a new area of
additive manufacturing and on April 14, 2020, each student was awarded a patent by the United States
Patent and Trademark Office: 10,620,103 B2
